More about group cruises & FAQ
Why plan a group cruise with an advisor
Group trips get complicated fast: different budgets, different cabins, different flights. An advisor keeps one master plan, tracks every guest and answers questions so the organizer is not stuck doing it all.
Good fits for group cruises
Friend trips, milestone reunions, hobby clubs, alumni groups and team getaways. We match the ship and itinerary to the group, from laid-back beach days to nonstop nightlife.
How it works
Send your dates and rough group size. We research ships and sailings, send options by email and help each guest book into the group.
Frequently asked questions
How many people make a group cruise?
Most cruise lines treat 8 or more cabins as a group, but we help with groups of any size.
Can everyone pay separately?
Yes. Each guest can usually hold and pay for their own cabin while staying in the same group.
Can our cabins be near each other?
We request cabins close together and tell you early what is available.
Are group cruises adults-only?
Book with the Captain plans adult travel. Every guest in your group should be 21 or older.
How early should we plan a group cruise?
Nine to eighteen months ahead gives the best choice of ships and cabins.
